Creative Commons licenses

The Creative Commons licenses relates to the name of several copyright licenses released on December 16, 2002. The licenses were released by Creative Commons, a United States nonprofit corporation. Everybody can put their own creations under these licenses. There are four basic license conditions. A simple overview of these four: Noncommercial NC: Allow others to copy, distribute, display and perform the work and evolved version of it. They are not allowed to make money with it. Creative destruction is a term that came from Marxism. It talks about how wealth is gathered and lost under capitalism. The term was first used in Werner Sombarts Krieg und Kapitalismus These ideas were first discussed in books The Communist Manifesto, in Grundrisse "Volume IV" of Das Kapital.

Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It makes copyright law in the United Kingdom, which used to be taken from the Copyright Act 1956. It says that copyright for creative works lasts for 70 years after the author dies. A work can only be protected by copyright if it is one of: literary work, dramatic work, musical work, artistic work, movies, sound recordings, broadcasts, and text of published editions.

The Blythe Intaglios are a group of figures on the ground near Blythe, California. They are similar to the Nazca Lines in Peru. They can be seen well only from high up. One of the figures is Mustamho, a creator deity. The Blythe Intaglios are on the National Register of Historic Places. They are also a California Historical Landmark.
